Dewey's passion for radio, his compassion, his leadership and sense of humor are big reasons KXDD consistently dominates the ratings in Yakima. His love for his community is highlighted with his fundraising efforts which have helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for local charities.
Dewey Boynton is a multi-talented broadcaster who has entertained the Yakima Valley for over 13 years. In addition to being a co-host of the #1 rated morning show in Yakima, Dewey is also KXDD’s program director. He is also Operations Manager, in charge of programming for all six of our Yakima stations.
He is happily married to his wife Denise and is a proud father of three sons. When not in the office, Dewey likes to be on the golf course.
