John Mayer brought out Chris Stapleton Thursday night in Nashville, and they debuted a brand-new song.
Mayer told the audience, “I said, ‘You wanna do one of my songs or one of your songs?’ And he said, ‘We could do either or we could just write a song and play it.’ I said, ‘Challenge accepted.'”
Stapleton came out and they debuted “I Just Remembered That I Didn’t Care.” After the song Chris hung around to play guitar on John’s “Slow Dancing in a Burning Room.”
