Over the weekend Billy Ray Cyrus posted the following picture to his Instagram.

This is his wife, Tish, standing in front of a safe with an unreasonable amount of marijuana in it.
This post has stirred up some controversy for a couple of reasons. First of all, it is unclear if this picture was taken in a state that has legalized marijuana (it’s legal in California where the Cyrus’ live) and countless Americans are currently incarcerated due to possession of whole lot less marijuana than is present in the picture.
Many took to Twitter to share their frustrations with the justice system.

Tish took to Instagram to say, “My husband, @billyraycyrus is INSANE, Second, this picture is also insane, and third this is NOT my weed or my house! hahah. But if it was, that would be amazing for so many reasons.”
