Garth Brooks is obviously the biggest country act today. He sells out stadiums. He sells out multiple concerts one city at a time. But with the Dive Bar Tour he’s taking it back to his roots and playing small rooms. The tour kicked off last night in Chicago at Joe’s Bar which holds about 2000 people.
