Want a long life? Drink up!

If you want a long life you’re probably thinking you need to eat right and hit the gym regularly. But this may not be the case according to a researcher from the University of California!

The study claims that drinking a couple alcoholic drinks a day (beer or wine) is more important than exercise for living past 90. 

The study also says that those who drink two drinks per day are 20% less likely to experience a premature death.

Next time someone gives you grief about cracking open that 2nd beer just tell them you’re trying to live forever! Cheers!
