NAME OF PROMOTION: Patty’s Pot O’ Prizes

MINIMUM AGE TO ENTER: Eighteen (18)

HOW TO ENTER:
#1 Clues will be posted at www.1041kxdd.com, www.cherryfm.com, and www.newhot997.com until the
medallion is found or contest ceases.
#2 Clues will be broadcast at approx. 7:20am weekdays on 104.1 KXDD, 100.9 KARY and 99.7 KHHK
beginning 03/05/24 until the medallion is found or contest ceases.
#3 A new clue will be posted and aired each weekday approx 7:20 starting 03/05/24 until the medallion
is found.
#4 Read or listen to clues daily to assist in searching for the official medallion outdoors on public
property in Yakima WA, Selah WA, Naches WA, Zillah WA, Toppenish WA, Wapato WA, Sunnyside WA,
Granger WA, Grandview WA, Prosser WA or Union Gap WA.
#5 The medallion will not be hidden in any government building or government office grounds. The
medallion will not be hidden on any golf course. The medallion will not be hidden under natural or
artificial turf. The medallion will not be hidden on any construction site. The medallion will not be
hidden in any cemetery.
#6 The medallion may be covered by snow or under loose materials.
#7 The medallion will not be hidden within 10ft of any body of water.
#8 At NO TIME should searchers of medallion or companions put themselves or others in danger in
order to find the medallion.
#9 Searchers of the Medallion should adhere to all local, county, state and federal laws. Stephens Media
Group reserves the right to discontinue the hunt at any time if public property is destroyed or damaged
as a result of looking for the medallion.
DEADLINE FOR CLAIMING/REDEEMING PRIZES: NOON 5 business days from date of winning PLEASE
NOTE: Failure of winner to complete official paperwork may void prize without any further prize
consideration.

Winner will be notified. Prize will be awarded upon completion of all legal paperwork with Stephens
Media Group- Yakima. Winner will be required to show Photo ID before completing winner paperwork.
This will be done at 17 North 3 rd Street, Suite 103 Yakima, WA 98902 at the pre-determined date and
time. Winner will receive a 1099 in the approximate amount of the prize package.

METHOD OF SELECTION OF WINNER: If and when the official Stephens Media Group medallion is found,
it should be promptly returned to Stephens Media Group- Yakima, located at 17 N. 3 rd St Ste 103 Yakima,
